Chico Custom Counters

Calling around looking for someone to install our already-bought Home Depot countertops I came across Chico Custom Countertops. They posed valid arguments as to why I shouldn't install them but have new ones built and one installed by the same company. Fair enough, we set up a time for them to come out and take measurements and confirm what we wanted. That went well but after that... I called and left at least 5-6 messages on the machine and spoke to someone at least 6 times in about 3-5 weeks' time. NOT ONE CALL BACK!!! Excuses about being really busy, out doing bids, at lunch so on and so forth. The last time I tried was 2 weeks ago and I gave up. Most unprofessional way of handling my business. Great talk but totally failed to follow through.

This owner Shane is a liar. I went here twice in my life and the first time he said he he had been in the countertop business for 48 + years and looking like he was around 50-65 notice i gave him the benefit of the doubt. I'm sure he forgot me when I came to talk about how his "AMAZING ACRILC" that had a 15 year warranty which I paid an extra $4300 for since he made it sound like it was a good deal. So I came back 5 years later this guy must not know anything about countertops because he was helping a customer he told the exact same story he was selling me 5 years ago. I have pretty good memory but This guy was literally saying the same story of how he was just helping a client that bought the acrylic sink and it was all stained and dirty, and how he was so kind enough to drop his work and rushed to the customer who bought the sink 2-3 years ago and brought this mircical cleaner called Ajax and a new invention called a spong that is green on one side and yellow on the other which is now know as a sprung and saved the day by using the two and I was there for one of the many other issues. This guys a fraud.. I didn't mind it too much since I filled a claim with BBB and he was forced to fix it. However doing that to elderly laidy who was having to use a walker and poor lady had something she was mentioning about weaking bones is just wrong, if you are a real man, I would love to show you how to treat someone who is elderly and sick on any countertop !!! That made me sick.
