This is a terrible company to conduct business with. I found their policies for security deposit returns to be very unfair and seemingly designed to take advantage of renters, especially students. I received my security deposit after 21 days but decided post mark was probably advantages to them so decided not to pursue. I was able to determine the amount of my deposit by using my online account with Blue Oak and tried to discuss this with Linda but was told that they do not discuss the terms of security deposits over the phone and later in the conversation told they would not discuss said terms without me having the physical explanation of services delivered by mail. Delay, delay and delay. You have a choice of management companies when shopping for a rental. I suggest using someone else.

Responds to maintenance requests quickly. Pete was very helpful and informative with replacing my sink and faucet.
