Campos Rental Properties

I recently rented an apartment near chico state through campos. We received a good amount of our security deposit back. It seems as though many landlords take advantage of college students, but i felt as though Campos was not greedy with it. Just do EVERYTHING on the moving out list. I thought that Nancy was very responsive, and maintenance fixed things relatively fast. I was not happy about security cameras that didn't actually work around the property. But, I believe this is mentioned in the lease. Honestly, as long as you read the lease, and do not destroy the house, you should be fine. I believe that you will always be charged for some kind of carpet cleaning when moving out, but the price seemed fair for the amount of carpet that we had. Nancy made sure the apartment was in a good condition, appliances all worked. I felt as though my experience was pretty good with the company. I would try to keep Nancy in the loop if anything happens or breaks, and she was quick to fix it. To wrap this up, anyone looking to rent out college properties, and does not plan on being a party house, should rent with this company. I will probably try to rent with them again next year.

Although I just signed a lease with them, and havnt moved into the house, I just wanted to comment on the wonderful service of this company! Both Nancy and Erin were so helpful and timely about the application and signing process, and were so helpful. Nancy also showed us a couple of properties and knew a ton of info about them all, which was really helpful when deciding which property to chose. I strongly recommend scheduling tours with them, and the signing process is made simple, and efficient.
