Chico Otolaryngology Group

My husband had sinus surgery over a month ago. Staff seems very unorganized and we often had to call several times to get information about his surgery. Scheduling and communications with pharmacy are very poor. He has been in pain and sick ever since. They constantly forget or neglect to call in his antibiotic prescriptions. We wish he would never have had this surgery or went somewhere else.

I went to see Dr. Lacy. He was going to referral me to another Dr. Will I called today june 28, 2018. I talked with Amanda. She was very rude towards me. She told me that she called me yesterday the 27 of june. I told her, " no you didnt". That she gave me some phone number to something I asked for. I said, "No not me" it was someone else. Then i asked her what time you call me, she said, doesnt remember. I dont have the call on my phone. Plus i cant be talking on the phone at work.. She was rude and didn't care about my diagnose. She said, she'll get around to sending my referral when she has time. I tell you, Amanda needs to find another job. She has angry issues towards people. I just called to see if she sent it off to my insurance.. I want to get this going soon as possible. I need to see the specialist soon...
