Used the shuttle service a few times.. Honestly, there has to be a better way to do this.. You go on the website, you request a ride and you pay, then what? You get a confirmation email that's pointless. Like this morning. I put in a request like 2hrs beforehand. At no point did I get a call or text with an eta, like I have in the past. 30 minutes before pickup, I sent a text, asking if the ride was confirmed. I waited and waited. No pickup. 45mins later, I had already made it home. I sent another text asking for a refund (I know they like to keep the $ and use it for your next ride but I'm not doing that again!) I then called. Twice. No answer. A muffled voicemail. Meh..
