Very disappointed. Booked round trip car service from Chico to SMF for our recent trip. I have never used this type of service before. Our trip from Chico to the airport was fine. However our return was not. Our plane was late due to mechanical issues. This company had our flight info and was aware of the delay. While we were flying, they decided that we would be arriving too late for their convenience. They then transferred our prepaid reservation (without my knowledge) to super shuttle. I received a text from them to call super shuttle when we landed. We had to wait over one hour for super shuttle to arrive. Poor business practice. Unreliable service.
