Elite Limousine Service

Very professional and my "only" serious competitor" in town! Someday I hope to be as excellent at running a business as "Elite Limo". Thank you Randy for your referrals and excellent clientele.

I obtained Elite Limo services for a toy drive fundraiser from Oroville, Ca to Healdsburg, Ca on 12/1/23. Wayne was our driver. As soon as we left the driveway I was nervous. He obviously did not map his route before picking us up as he was asking us for directions. He could not even get out of the neighborhood. As we were driving I felt extremely unsafe as his driving was erratic and he slammed on the breaks quite a few times. Another passenger in the limo noticed he was not paying attention to the road (it appeared he was looking at his phone) and scolded him about it. We made it to Calusa Ca and the driver informed us he was feeling ill and had to pull over to use a restroom. After using the restroom he came back to the limo and told us he wasn't feeling well and needed to call his employer to see if someone could pick us up and continue. His boss Randy basically told him to suck it up and continue driving us. After a few miles I noticed his eyes were closing as we were vering off the road. Another passenger told him to pull over and had to talk and guide him to a safe spot for us to pull over. Everyone in the limo felt as if he was coming off of some kind of drug and wasn't really "sick." We attempted to call the owner Randy and could not get a hold of him. Not knowing what else to do another passenger who has his "Class A" license drove the limo back to Loves Truck Stop in Williams Ca where we called for a friend to pick us up. We contacted the owner of Elite Limo and he was not helpful. We each paid $135 per ticket to go to the fundraiser and never made it because if HIS driver. While waiting for our ride Wayne informed us he was already in trouble with his boss because he had forgotten to pick up a group the weekend before and did not want us to ask his boss to refund the money for our tickets as he would pay us back for them. After our ride picked us up we called CHPand reported our driver Wayne as we did not feel he should be driving at all. Our day was ruined and we never made it to Healdsburg for the fundraiser. I will NEVER use Elite Limo. The owner does not care about passenger safety and is obviously willing to put lives in the hands of an unsafe driver.
