My baby brother went in to get his baby tooth taken out and everyone there was so nice. Dr. D Venissa was the assistant and was very friendly and nice that my baby brother said he wouldn't mind coming back again. I couldn't get our actual dentists name, but she was also very professional and great! It was also pretty quick compared to what I expected. Definitely a great experience!

They do not have respect for anybody else's time. I drove from Redding to Chico, an hour and a half drive, for my child's appointment. I get to the office for them to tell me that the appointment has to be rescheduled because the provider called out of work. They knew at 8 AM that the provider wasn't going to be available. Our appointment was at 11. They did not inform me until I was already in the office 20 minutes before the appointment. Then have the audacity to call me as I'm walking out the doors, extremely frustrated and pissed off that my time and my gas was wasted.
