I went into this business while at the mall a week ago and scheduled a telemedicine appointment for today at 1:00. The atmosphere was nice and the girl at the desk was helpful and professional. I received an email reminder and text reminder for the appointment. I planned my day today around this appointment. 1:00 came and went with no call. Finally at 1:45 I called them and the woman said I was indeed down for 1:00 and that she would call the person my appointment was with and have them call me. It's now 9:30 at night and I never received a call. Disappointing. I was looking forward to switching my semiglutide injections from where I've been going to Privvy. I won't be back.

Medspa offering IV Therapy, laser treatments (acne, anti-aging, sunspots, spider veins) and Botox in a convenient, walk-in location in the 20th street mall next to Victoria's Secret. The atmosphere is elegant yet trendy. Highly recommend!
