Excellent, friendly and professional service. They made things so easy and even handled arrangements for a car rental. Keith kept me updated on where things were at with the body work on my car throughout the process. The quality of the body work was excellent and my car looked great once all the repairs were done. I highly recommend Collison Pros!

I went in with my Dad to get an estimate for a hit and run on the door to his car. The woman at the front desk was cold and didn't seem to want our business.

I just called and spoke to Keith regarding a call he made to my Dad even though I specifically asked them to call me because my Dad does not speak English. He explained the reason for the call and even though I corrected him on the pronunciation of my last name three times, he still proceeded to ignore me and pronounce it incorrectly. He said they would need "parts" to replace the door. When I asked him what the parts would be he ignored my question and repeated the same sentence. I knew my Dad would want to know so that is the reason I asked. I did not feel valued or respected as a human being. It left me wondering how he would have treated my father. I will give an update once we proceed unless they retaliate due to my honest review.
