Zero stars is more like it. I have had issues for years with this company, but this past week was the last straw. My daughters car was hit by a drunk driver. We didn't know if the guy had insurance. I called and spoke with Tonya. The first day she was trying to get my agent Blake Danielson to contact me. He never did and never has. The accident happened on Dec. 1st On January 11, I got a letter dated Dec. 2 saying someone would reach out to us about the claim. WOW. I never got an answer to why the letter was sent out so late. I called the next day (from begging for a phone call from my agent with urgent questions). This time Tonya was RUDE. She said Blake was busy I pay him to respond, how hard is it for him to do that. I asked for a meeting and they refused. No one has called me back and it's been a week. Now we have more questions, but I refuse to try and get answers from Blake. I tried reaching out to the 1 800 number with again no luck. Their road side service is a joke. They won't come out, they make insensitive jokes as you are stranded and they never answer the road side assistance phone! RUN FROM THIS PLACE.

Horrible service. I wouldn't even give 1 star. Went through the Camp Fire and lost my home and pets. I did all the insurance work. They did nothing, and I mean NOTHING. They never called to see if anything was needed nor did any paperwork. I called and was told/yelled at by 'Cindy' to call the insurance company myself. Unprofessional and would not reccomend.
