On Sunday evening our keypad starting beeping rapidly. there was a weird message on the keypad that was nowhere in the manual that I located online; something about "Check Lng rng 103 Radio 0005. " I called the 800 and the 866 numbers - no answers. One message told me the voice mail was full. We were perplexed, but couldn't sleep with that beeping so we went to a hotel. When we returned in the morning, mercifully, it had stopped beeping. I called the company and they admitted there had been a problem with their "communicator service", but had no other helpful information. I have lost confidence in this company and do not recommend them. They have doubled their monthly charge and their ability tp provide good service has gone down. I asked that the manager call me, but I doubt he or she will. Meanwhile, I had to fork out money for a hotel room.

If I could give a 0 or Negative 5, I would! When Eagle was acquired by Vynet, the Service went Way Down and the price went Way Up!!!
Canceling was a true nightmare .... Took 5 months and they kept sending invoices after 5 months after cancellation requiring more calls and emails ... AACK!!!
