HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! This place is Awesome! Mostly because the excellent service I received from Lexi. I broke my glasses and the other glasses place in town where I've bought 5-6 pairs of glasses couldn't get me in and taken care of for 2 weeks. Lexi was super helpful and able to get my Glasses on order, which should be done in a few days. It's nice to go into a business and have a positive experience from start to finish. Thank you Lexi & Eyes of chico. I'll definitely be back!

I was in need of a new pair of glasses and fast since I had just broken my only pair and was leaving on a cruise in less than a week. I went to Eyes of Chico and Dylan was a great help in taking the time to help me pick out a new pair of frames. He was extremely patient with me and gave me his honest opinion. I settled on a pair of frames that I liked, and he ensured me that they would be ready by the weekend. I placed my order on a Monday afternoon and picked them up on Friday afternoon. Just in time for the cruise... Also, a shout out to Henry who was the one working when I called to check on my order. He made several phone calls to the lab and ensured that my glasses were there by Friday.
I really love my new glasses! The ones that broke were my first pair of progressive lenses, and I was having a hard time getting used to them. This pair is amazing, no adjustment period at all. In fact, I loved them so much I just went back and ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses.
