The cartilage piercing they gave my little sister was completely atrocious. The ear became infected just days after piercing and the swelling brought her ear up to a ridiculous size. The fluid they gave her to clean it did absolutely nothing and the whole is crooked. She is in so much pain from their poor piercing expertise.

Claire's told us to let my daughters ear heal up. And to keep the receipt to have the piercing re-done (they said warranty). Now that it is healed they are trying to sell me another package. It is so wrong. Nearly $70 for a low- quality piercing. I don't think they properly cleaned the Piercing Gun. Since talking to other moms everyone has informed me that they are not trained to pierce. It is a bad idea to take your child there and spend that much money for a sheisty piercing job. Shame on you Claire's and your corporate Greed--
