Farmers Insurance - Kathy Gonzalez

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have had this particular agent for a few years now. I could not be more dissatisfied with the lack of communication, information and help to want her client to do well and get the best pricing possible. She had no problem taking our money as the broker to benefit rather than share other options. it was VERY annoying and disappointing to find out from our mortgage company that they themselves would be happy to pay the homeowners insurance after already paying out of pocket to this firm. Kathy also told us that no mortgage company will pay for both policy's in California due to us having to have two for the fire coverage. Well turns out they have NO problem paying both. I cannot tell you how many text messages , calls and emails I had and have sent to Kathy to get NO RESPONSE! bad business which has resulted in us parting ways with her and taking our business to Allstate . BUYER BEWARE!
