We had a scratch in our faux-leather sofa, I called a few local upholstery places and they all referred me to Fibrenew. Joey came within a couple of days and repaired that scratch throughout many careful steps and you can't even tell there was a scratch. Amazing job, plus Joey is lovely and very respectful.
