Oscars Carpentry Creations

Oscar's Carpentry Creations recently completed a remodel of my patio and pergola, and I want to acknowledge the craftsmanship and attention to detail they brought to the project. The final result is beautiful, and the project has truly transformed my outdoor space. The materials used are high-quality, and the design has added a lot of character to my home.

However, there were some challenges during the process that impacted my overall experience. The project took significantly longer than expected, with several delays that weren't always communicated clearly. This extended timeline caused some inconvenience, particularly as the outdoor space was unusable for much longer than anticipated.

Additionally, there were issues with noise pollution throughout the project. While I understand that construction work inevitably generates noise, there were times when it was excessive and started very early in the morning, which was disruptive to my household and neighbors.

Most concerning was the unprofessional behavior of a couple of team members, who at times made me feel uncomfortable with their comments and demeanor. While the majority of the crew was respectful, these instances of harassment were unacceptable and added unnecessary stress to the experience.

I appreciate the skill and effort that went into the remodel, but I would strongly encourage Oscar's Carpentry Creations to address these concerns moving forward. Better communication about project timelines, more considerate scheduling of noisy work, and ensuring all team members maintain a professional attitude would go a long way in improving the customer experience.
