Even though many of our customers love the steak we offer, our Pastor which is marinated in a blend of Mexican spices over night in order for them sink into the diced pork meat. Or why not try an item with our Traditionally made Carnitas. While others take short cuts on making these, we slow deep fry ours in pork lard along with other ingredients like it has been done for generations in the Michoacan area of Mexico.
History
Under new ownership since April 2015 item names have been left with the same name, however new recipes and improved food quality have been taken into consideration to make our items all that more delicious.

Great food truck with food authentic Mexican food and fair prices. Really appreciate the pop up canopy. The only bummer is they don't sell drinks but It's ok since the liquor store is only 20 feet away.

I enjoy coming here on taco Tuesdays! All the different selections of meat I've chosen taste great and are filling.
The staff is always friendly, and I've never had a bad experience with them.
