The Black Kettle

Had my first meal here, and I gotta say, the salmon burger is the finest meal I've ever had from a food truck. I couldn't believe the fact that the salmon was a full filet - not just a burger! - or the way the brioche bun had been so thoughtfully toasted on the grill, not just some hasty, soggy, falling-apart burger like I've had from other food trucks (and some restaurants). Maybe I was unfair to come in with low expectations for food trucks, but this was better than most restaurants - seek this place out! One of the finest salmon burgers I've ever had!

I was at Secret Trail Brewery and the Black Kettle food trailer was there. My wife and I ordered food while we enjoyed some excellent beer. I had the pastrami sandwich and my wife had the salmon salad. Excellent food at a great price. I have never had a better sandwich and my wife really enjoyed her salmon salad. I also highly recommend the lemon curd cheesecake. All in all, great food!!
