Karen Avis and her staff are the best! We had a rehearsal dinner for 70 people at our home in early October 2010 and, with the professional help of the Fresh Approach team, we had a dinner that we (and our guests) will talk about for years to come. Karen was easy to work with either by phone or via e-mail. Her prices are fair and we were so impressed with her and her crew! Karen's food is just what her company's name implies...fresh. All courses included food made from fresh, local ingredients. Her skills in the kitchen are amazing! This was the most relaxing, enjoyable dinner we have had at our home. If you want fresh, fair and professional, go with Fresh Approach!
