They keep putting uncomfortable appliances that break within minutes in my kid's mouth. Broke 3 times within 24 hours. I didn't receive a callback from the emergency line for over 10 hours. So my kid had to go all weekend with broken metal pieces in his mouth. Their customer service is terrible and the receptionist refused to offer an apology for our stress and inconvenience. There's nothing I can do about any of it because I pre-paid for this course of treatment. I do not recommend you take your kids there.
