nothing but issues my bby had a bracket put on a bby tooth it broke off then to a bracket falling off within 4 months to yesterday just being seen and the wire falling out so now my bby can't even eat the wire is poking her I'm soo upset with how horrible this place is ! I definitely will be taking my other two kids elsewhere

If you're just starting, expect to be hustled into paying right then and there. Told me it would be $5,000 if I didn't start the payments that day instead of the 3,000 if I did. (I did because that's two grand less) Need to get a hold of the billing department is a joke, they never answer their phone so expect to play phone tag. Never had braces and they don't tell you the plan. Finishing this treatment and then going someplace else if it's needed. Oh and expect to wait an hour for your appointment in a tiny waiting room. Everyone's really nice though..
