Turner Chiropractic Clinic

Periodically, I have seen Dr. Richard Turner for serious neck pain or back pain. On each occasion, he had "saved" me! After a few treatments, I am good to go for a few years until I do something wrong to hurt my back, or I let stress build up to where I need his help again. I appreciate his professionalism as well as the personal side of him. My husband and many friends also think the world of him.

My last provider took herself off of my insurances provider list so I am in search of a new chiropractor. I had some questions as a new patient and some questions regarding some forms I would be needing for my secondary insurance. I was connected to his office manager who was not only rude and condescending but she refused to connect me to Dr. Turner. I was continuously interrupted every time I was trying to ask a question and was rudely told to "not worry about it" even though she had no idea what my question was. She claimed I was "harassing her" after hanging up on me when I requested to speak to Dr. Turner directly. It was not until I told her the phone call was being recorded and I will be forwarding it to Dr. Turner to show her clear lack of business ethics and treatment of new patients. When I had requested the name of some form numbers she told me I would have to contact another office even though she claimed to have been doing billing for 18 years. Someone who has done being for 18 years would know the form numbers in an instant. She then questioned what I knew about insurance billing and belittled me. She kept calling me darling even though I had politely requested for her not to. I cannot believe the completely unprofessional manner in which I was treated for only wanting some basic information.
