GNC

I'm unsure why my review was removed, but this has to been hands down the worst place to go. Poor customer service, didn't even greet you, both sales representative were goofing off together, and most of the product were very expensive. I bought some vitamins and protein shaker bottles, will never go here again.

I called this store this past Saturday to ask if they carried the Qalo silicone rings (https://www.gnc.com/qalo). After asking my question, the clerk says "who's this?", I say "you don't know me, but my name is Jessica" (why the heck was he asking my name?!), and then I ask again that I'm trying to find out if they have any of those qalo rings in, and he says "you need to stop calling the store...". Uh, ok...very strange. Then I get a call back from them about 10 minutes later, and the person says "sorry I missed your call", and I respond with: "you didn't miss my call, someone answered when I called. I was just calling to see if you guys carried those silicone wedding rings", and he says "I don't think so. You should try GMC, this is GNC the nutrition store". I just say ok and get off the phone.

It's crazy to me that a clerk would say to stop calling the store, when I only called one time and was asking if they had a product that is shown on their website! Then, there was no reason to call me back (I have no clue if it was the same person or a different one), and tell me to call GMC as if I'm crazy for calling them. Totally bizarre experience.
