Prices are way too high, and if you try to recycle cans there, they will first make you wait to see the manager, then, they make you sit out there for a half hour, even if they aren't busy...I'm turning them into the state for not keeping the recycling contract they signed with the state of California...they're going to be fined along with every other store in Chico not complying with the state contracts

I had the most wonderful experience thanks to an amazing attendant named Kelsey. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and offered assistance. I had a lengthy shopping list and needed help finding several items. Kelsey guided me through the aisles, offering helpful tips and suggestions along the way.
Not only was Kelsey incredibly knowledgeable about the store's layout, but they also provided excellent customer service. When I couldn't find a specific product, Kelsey went above and beyond by checking the back stock and even suggesting a great alternative.
