my experience working with Jamie, Service Coordinator in the most part has been positive. She is conscientious and hard working who does her best to satisfy the new home buyer. Shortage of good dependable workers has made Jamie's job more difficult in completing some of my new home fixes in a timely manner. I think now with her new knowledgeable, experienced and friendly right hand man Bobby Z things will and are getting done completely and thoroughly.

If you don't care about a quality home then go ahead and purchase one from Golden west. The worst experience with this company. Sad part is, they beg people to post a good review for them. That's how desperate they are for reviews. save your money and your sanity and go somewhere else!
