7th Street Manor

There is dog shit EVERYWHERE in the grass and it has been like that for weeks. They recently made it "pet friendly" and installed little poop bag dispensers but there hasn't been a single refill of the bags since they were installed. Either the apartment manager just needs to clean up the poop and refill the bags often so this doesn't happen again or he needs to clean the poop off the grass everyday.

This was the worst apartment that I have ever lived in. There were more apartment managers than I could count. It is almost like they couldn't keep one working there because it was awful for them too. The condition of the apartment was awful, outdated, and the rent was well above what it was worth. There were many insane charges that they took away from our deposit. The maintenance staff did not fix what we asked for half the time, and the area was dangerous. Our cars were constantly being broken into. Our neighbors were loud and disrespectful. The walls are paper thin and if we weren't stuck in a year lease we wouldn't have lived there longer than a month. I will never rent from MWS again because of my experience here. Please beware.
