Josie was our sales representative and she is as good as it gets. The process of building a home can be very complicated and stressful but she helped us through the whole experience. The brand we choose was skyline and their quality control is excellent. We had a opportunity to visit the factory and that gave us confidence that we would get a great home. It's very confusing to see low ratings with what we experienced.

Jason Haller, the salesman who sold us the "Nantucket Cottage" manufactured home at Cousin Gary's in Chico was on top of the whole process. He is a good communicator and kept us informed every step of the way and made sure that the information he gave was correct and accurate.
