Wow if you need a good lawyer that will fight for you then look no further. Jill and her staff is one of the best in California. It doesn't matter if your car is a Toyota Prius or Maybach Jill will fight for your cause, just be honest with yourself and do your homework, and have all your paperwork, if not get it. Also alway get a invoice everytime you bring your car in for service or just to be looked at. I bought not one but two cars from a dealership in Northern California, both cars are very popular and one was a lemon. The Dealership had my car for over 30 days. Also the part was back ordered 45 days. That's when it became a lawsuit, after 30 days of being in the shop. That's if they receive the right part. The dealerships owner got on the phone and asked me very rude "what else do you want from us David, we bought you two new tires". I told them in a kindly voice I want my money back, Steve rudely said no way we will not give you a refund on my HellCar so I told the owner see you in court. Jill got me more than what I paid for the car.
