10/10 would recommend Bryant Hull for window replacement. We recently replaced all of our windows at our home. He works closely with Russell's windows for installation and the ordering of the windows was flawless. Bryant patiently answered my (many) questions, quickly responded to all emails, and had excellent communication. His customer service is top notch and he's honest and efficient. We have recommended them to all family and friends, and will call again when it's time to replace our doors.

Troy was excellent when we ordered our windows and doors for our new house. He even came out and measured the openings to make sure everything was correct.
When the windows were delivered, I noticed that there were chips in the paint. Troy had the manufacturer's representative out and quickly resolved the issue.- helpfull 0
