They were VERY nice on the phone, almost thought they were patronizing me at times. That ceased as soon as I called them out on their shoddy work. I was verbally abused and told that I would get nothing from them and they would not be fixing their mistakes. All because I asked them to make good on how they left the job. They said it was my responsibility to repaint my house exterior to fix the sloppy job they did on the window install. Their crew also damaged the brand new shingles on the new roof while installing the windows. (See photos) I would recommend going elsewhere.

I'd give them one star, but the actual work they completed was really nice. They seemed super cool when the project started, but now I'm having the HARDEST time getting them to respond. We had the house siding in June of 2018 with windows and French doors installed. The interior of the windows wasn't completed because we "didn't opt in to have them finished in the contract." We thought they closed the permit, but got a call from them A YEAR LATER that the permit was never signed off on. They came back (yay!), but the step off of the French doors wasn't up to code so we couldn't get the permit finished. Phil told me at that visit that they would make a new temporary step at a different job site and drop it off so we can get the permit closed. I've been trying for months now to get them to make good and they're refusing to do it because, again, I didn't "opt in for the work to be finished in the contract." Had I known that it was assumed I didn't want finished work, I never would have gone with them. My permit has since expired and we now have to pay a new fee to re-open it. Again, the siding is great, the workers were great, Phil was great through the project, but now, 1.5 years and an unfinished project later, I'm very frustrated with them.

If you go with them, make sure you get it in writing that they will finish the work and not leave you hanging. Super unprofessional and highly annoying.
