They are just okay. The owner and his daughter talk down to the employees and don't care for them. They act like if they do care but realistically all they care for is themselves. All the management is a kissa**.. they don't have the courage to speak up. The office thinks they know it all and act like if they are on routes dealing with accounts and issues. All they do is sit in a desk and deal with a computer. The system is all unorganized they change rules every 3 days. They question you about everything. They watch you on a GPS tracker and monitor you as if we are doing bad. I was with this company for 7 years and they still didn't trust me. I was fine because I was going to school but this is not a long term job less yet a career. LOWLIFE job low pay and no growth. Max out at $20 a hour no over time. And hardly any space to grow. Employees would constantly be coming in and out they realize it's not worth it for the long run. They just need dummies running the routes and them collecting money. They want you to clock in at your first stop and clock out at your last stop keep in mind you might still have to drive 20-40 min to get home. The job is okay but can get a little heavy and annoying. They have rules for everything and new ones weekly. They don't care for what you have to say. No 401K or any type of retirement plan. You have no direct communication with the office everything is email and text. Human Resources are the owners so that's inconvenient for the employees. Owners avoid you and don't respond same with Human Resources. Payday is usually not on time. They constantly have delays and the excuse is payroll falling on a weekend. They can fix that but they rather not. Keep in mind your only making around $800-1000 every two weeks. In other words they don't care for employees. Much more to add...

I normally don't write reviews but I just had to share our experience with Hupp Signs & Lighting. We ordered a few signs and had them installed in our office. Not even 1 year later the sign has fallen off. We have contacted the company several times, to have them come back and fix them, but no luck they keep giving us the runaround and don't reply back to emails. Stay away !! Not worth the time or the headaches. There is plenty of other companies that will do the job right and stand behind their work.
