Oct 26, 2023I dropped off my artwork for my business in May for simple door hangers flyers for my business, I've called them twice a month every month since May it's now August and I called yet again and Janet's helper said she'd call back as a courtesy call...NOPE! Back in June when I called Janet said I'll send you a proof next Monday...NOPE horrible customer service, horrible response time and as of her work I couldn't tell you I have received NOTHING from this crappy shop!' Do your business elsewhere she really doesn't give a rats ass! If I could have given her ZERO stars I would have...how do they stay in business? I don't know!!! Run from this place it's a waste of time!!

I needed to have copies made of original artwork. Dean was friendly, very helpful in selecting the right paper for the different projects. The copies were so good it was difficult to tell the copies apart from the originals. I was so pleased that I returned recently to have a print made from a 100 year old photo. The care Dean took to assure the care of this relic was remarkable. Definitely quality, old fashion customer care. I can recommend this business without reservations.
