Dec 20, 2022This is not a review on MK's medium services. We never got that far. I asked her if she could record the reading since she offers them on Zoom. She would not accomodate me and wasted a lot of my time asking me about Zoom and how it works. Then had the nerve to say I was persistent - that is so unfair when all I did was try to educate her on all the added benefits of Zoom that she's paying for and not utilizing and even going so far as offering to help her by sending her links on how it's done. This is a review on her bad customer service and her twisting my offer to help as being persistent and turning it into a toxic situation.
