I've shop here plenty of times and today a gentleman by the name of Kyle assisted me with my purchase, he had poor customer service. Usually when i make a trip to the mall it's during the weekend and the gentleman who works during the weekend has great customer service and helpful. My recommendations would be come during the weekend

I really wanted a Giants hat because I was going to a game with my boyfriend soon. He loves hats AND the giants so I thought showing up to the game in some gear would show him how excited I was to watch the game with him. I don't know much about hats, but the guy working really helped me out and we picked the best hat. I ended up getting a black SF hat with his guest initial on the side and it looked amazing! My boyfriend loved my hat and we had a great time at the game :)
