Finish Line

Went in to buy a pair of shoes for my girlfriend. The female salesperson seemed least interested in tending to us. Once I enquired about a pair of jordans , she brought us just one sock for sampling shoe citing store policy and one shoe citing store policy . She then demanded I submit my ID to the counter so that she could give my girlfriend the second shoe for her to test out. IF THIS IS AN ACTUAL STORE POLICY ITS INSANE. Had to buy a gift so kept quiet and agreed to everything. The experience left such a sour taste in my opinion. Never coming back to this shitty outlet anymore. I hope the next shop opening nextdoor in chico marketplace really puts them out of business.

If I could put zero stars I would, not only do store employees leave or disappear when you come in, but they take their sweet time to help you. I was in the store for ten minutes, I seen so many people come and go because they weren't helped. They couldn't even come to me to ask if I needed help or anything. When I did get helped it was because I went to them. The store manager is very lazy and always has attitude. instead of helping she just stands there giggling and laughing with other store employees. If she believes that you're giving her attitude she'll have someone else come and help you because she's "done". The use of cursing isn't even professional. Most employees don't even have a good attitude and they look like they don't even want to be there.
