Loerke Insulation

Called for a quote about 2 months ago, was told someone would come look and give us a quote, no one ever showed up and didn't even call to reschedule

Last Tuesday my husband called Loerke to make an appointment to add insulation to our attic. He was quoted a price and made an appointment for 10am on that Friday. By noon on Friday no one had shown up, and I had errands I was putting off waiting for someone to show up. He ended up calling the company and the woman he spoke to said they had no record of an appointment for us. So he had to reschedule for this past Tuesday at 8am. Around 8:30 one of the guys texted my husband that they'd be at the house at 9am. I had an appointment at 10am across town I was worried I'd have to miss. 9:30 rolls around and still no one showed up. I called and left a message on the companies answering machine expressing my frustration with the appointment scheduling issue and that it was an hour and a half past the appointment time with my other appointment approaching, I never received a call back or an apology. Finally at 9:47am they showed up, I had to show the guys where to enter the attic from the garage and leave as soon as they got there to make my appointment. One of the two guys was on his phone texting, and cursing to the other guy and making jokes as I got my kid ready and we got into the car. I didn't appreciate the unprofessionalism, especially in front of my toddler. The garage was closed up and there was no mess or anything when I got home so props to them for that, but I won't be using this company again if I have more insulation needs.
