MacPC 911

I have utilized Mike/MacPC911 for almost 7 years, using his service on a regular basis @ every six months or sooner whenever I have an issue I cannot figure out.
He convinced me originally to switch over from PC to the MAC and I have not had any viruses on any of my electronic devices since that conversion. In fact, much of his biannual needs are mostly related to software update and the multitude of stupid or basic computer questions. New stuff keeps coming out faster than I am able to absorb so Mike is my go-to guy to explain all the new tech stuff that I wish to purchase.
Mike is experienced, reliable, honest, and sincere. He is also still an active reserve naval chief petty officer and spends much of each summer driving down to San Diego for his active reserve time, but he still finds time to service my computer needs. Many times he can fix the small stuff online with his computer access to my MacBook or iPad. He is just a nice young man, always addressing me as "SIR." .....probably sees that I am more than just a senior citizen...maybe an old timer.

Michael came and helped me out right away! Without him my computer would be done for. I spilled water on it and it stopped working, so he came to take some things apart and let them air dry over the weekend. He came back, reassembled, and it worked again good as new! Fairly simple, but I wouldn't have been able to get it done by myself. I'm so grateful that he could help at such short notice and I will definitely recommend him to my friends.
