I want to do a follow up review on Beetstech. They are Awesome! They continue to offer an excellent choice of Mac computer parts both used and new. The customer service is above and beyond any experience I have had with any computer parts supplier. Their website is well designed and very easy to find parts for a specific Mac model build. As the owner of a Mac computer repair shop, I highly recommend them.

Purchased a video card from them on eBay. It arrived damaged and the fan would not spin causing system to overheat. Customer service is slow to respond and late to refund. Unfortunately, they removed my review on eBay hence my post here. If they have power to scrub Feedback scores in a few hours' time, I'm concerned they have an artificially high Feedback score. Frankly, they could have handled this much easier by not shipping a damaged card that was never tested. It did look new otherwise and was expertly packed. Things fall through the cracks but this purchase jumped the shark.
