Every once in a while you do business with a company that really wow's you! Chico IT Solutions is that company for me! I began my search for a new laptop some time ago and went through the Yellow Pages, seeking to find a computer company I felt I would like to do business with. So many that I called just seemed like they really didn't care if I did business with them at all. Then I found, and called, Chico IT Solutions. I spoke with Greg, who listened to what I was looking for, then said he'd email me a quote. I really didn't expect to see anything from him in my inbox. But the next day, I actually did! Wow! Then I called and spoke with him again, and received a couple more quotes. I was actually surprised and immediately knew that this was the company I'd do business with. I ended up with a great Acer laptop! I also worked with Esley, the owner, who has been very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. I very highly recommend Chico ITS!
