Mark Thau Photography

Inconsistent. Over-priced. Poor Lighting. Doesn't seem to care about finished product.

Sadly, we've seen this company for our youth football and youth wrestling teams for the last several seasons on Picture Day. Every year, the product we receive is a little worse than the one before.

For this football season, Mark Thau was once again selected as the photographer of choice. What we got, after once again buying a decent size package, was a photo that: 1. looked photoshopped, 2. had huge, dark shadows on the side of our son's profile, and 3. was SO much darker than other people's photos that it felt like they used an exposure level to 'test' their set up on our photo.

We are extremely disappointed in the product we got. We let them know that in an email two days ago; no response.

When it comes time for our youth football board to select a photographer again next year, count me as one of the 'no' votes. Poor result, disinterested customer service. Overall, not worth the prices they charge.

Both of my kids have been photographed through this company and they did a great job!! They even offered a picture re-do without me having to ask because they thought they could get a more genuine smile out of my son; and they did! The entire staff is incredibly friendly and laid back, while still being professional.
