I called this place 4 times to arrange a carpet cleaning, to be told HE would call me right back after he finished a job. A friend of mine had the same experience. I don't see how this place stays in business with this kind of customer service.

I work as a provider in a medical office where those folks clean. Last week, they left their supplies and I couldn't help but notice that the feather duster was resting on the toilet bowl brush. Week after week I am disenchanted by the lack of attention to detail and not filling things like paper towels and toilet paper. Unfortunately, as a I am a contracted provider, I am not in charge of hiring these folks but if I was, they would be replaced.
