Miles Berdache: Skin & Body Studio

Miles is absolutely wonderful! He is at the top of his game. I heard from a friend of a friend that he gave the very best facials. I turned 30 this year, and had never had one, so I decided to treat myself because after somehow escaping adolescence and motherhood with no acne, I'm constantly battling breakouts these days and figured it couldn't hurt. I really didn't know what to expect, but I am happy to report that it was worth every penny. I was so impressed with Miles that I went on to book a massage, even though I've only ever had two massages in my life, and neither one did much for me. After receiving a massage from Miles, I can say that I have been missing out! I ended up booking a pedicure with him, too, which I just had done today. He is so much fun to talk with, but more than that, he really knows what he's doing. My face and feet have never looked better, and the massage has made me excited to go back for another one. I even booked my husband a surprise massage for his birthday--and if he doesn't want it, well, happy birthday to me! Thanks, Miles!

I was introduced to the Body Bar by a coupon book I purchased from a Hype Dance Studio student. What a treat! I go my nails done, a facial, and best of all, a wonderfully relaxing massage. I can't wait to make another appointment to treat myself. It is a little hard to find, tucked away just off the Esplanade, but very worth the trip.
