Mobile First Response is a team of passionate, motivated, and committed CPR & First Aid instructors providing training to individuals, groups, businesses, and organizations.
Our courses are OSHA compliant and follow ILCOR guidelines and standards.
Our mission is to "Create Confidence to Care" and to make compliance and preparedness easy for your business or organization.

History

Our founder and CEO, Richard S Astley, trained as a CPR & First Aid instructor in 2005 and became an instructor trainer in 2011. Having travelled the world providing CPR training in many exotic, and also third world, locations Richard felt it was time to settle in one location with his wife and two young children.

Although we are a new local business here in Chico we have been conducting CPR & First Aid training for over a decade.

I recently came here in order to renew my CPR and AED certification. The process was easy and I appreciated the flexibility of the program. Rich, the owner and instructor, was very knowledgable, friendly, and made the whole experience stress-free and fun. The classes are appropriate for all skill levels and he takes the time to make sure you are comfortable and confident in what you learn. He seems like he genuinely wants people to learn these skills in order to make Chico a better and safer place!
