Monty has been a huge part of my life for the past year. He is a terrific listener, communicator, and has a knack for helping simplify things so they are easier for me to digest and tackle. I thank him after just about every session because he has truly been a life-changer for me. Working with Mr. Jamari has helped me improve my day to day quality of life & my self confidence. Mr. Jamari has helped me improve my communication skills & stand up for myself. I have gotten better at making important life decisions. When I need extra encouragement, or a friendly ear, my weekly sessions with Mr. Jamari really help me feel better. Most important to me personally, my therapy with Mr. Jamari has made me a better parent & role model to my children. Having a patient, thoughtful, & knowledgeable therapist to help us identify & work on our goals (& gently guide us back to re-focus on our goals when we stray) is priceless. Chico is extremely lucky to have him. Hands down, he helped me through one of the most difficult years of my life.
