Came in to get a replacement coil for my Baby Beast. After having trouble with a certain type of coil not fitting correctly, the staff at Netvapes replaced my coil free of charge. They went above and beyond with customer service. They even spent a decent amount of time diagnosing the problem with me which I really appreciated!
