If I could give zero stars I would! I bought a Midea microwave from this business for my restaurant. It broke after 6 months. I has a one year warranty, so I brought it back for repair. They told me to contact Midea customer service, which I did and got absolutely nowhere. So at this point I call NorCal Restaurant AGAIN and ask for some kind of assistance. All I got was an attitude from the guy on the phone and told to call Midea. I told him that the phone number doesn't work and he said "well, I don't know what to tell you". What is the point of purchasing from this vendor when they do not back up what they sell?!? I will never buy another product from this company!
Midea "customer service" is absolutely the biggest run around I've ever been given! They have not returned my calls or done any sort of follow up. The customer service number is virtually out of order (in about 30 attempts to call, it has actually worked only twice).- helpfull 0
