Absolute liars. They make up lies about you if they don't want your business and violate Hippa laws by doing so. Totally discriminatory against the disabled and the lgbt community. I first went there in 2017 to see Dr. Ramos. Upon my first meeting with her viewing my medical and dental records in the exam there were at least 5 addition people in and around the doorway to the room listening to our conversation. Red flags should have gone up in my head then. Never had that happen before. Totally stupid and unnecessary. Anyway she filled a cavity for me and I had my teeth cleaned a couple times. She was OK. The issues arrived when I needed a dental brace for sleep apnea because I had issues using my clap machine. I called as per my pulmonologist to see if they had a sleep apnea dentist at their office to assist me with this dental brace. They did. An appointment was made with a Dr. Wong. I went to the appointment in April of last year with my caretaker. A brace was picked out. An appointment was made for May 1st to take impressions and insurance/payment was discussed. I was told that the billing department was going to call me the next day. The billing department called me the next day telling me that the brace will be covered if my pulmonologist deems it medically necessary and writes a medical necessity letter. Which he did. They called my pulmonologist's office personally. A week later when I called to check on the status of things, I leave a message and I get a call back from the office manager later that day whom I've never met and who has never met me, stating that they are releasing me as a client from this office because they claim that it was overheard by staff hanging out at my exam room door, that I said that I would sue their office if my insurance company didn't pay for this brace. What liars! First of all, hanging out by a patient's room violates their Hippa laws if you had no dealing with the patient. Secondly, how would I have a leg to stand on to sue this office if my insurance didn't cover the brace? Wouldn't I have to deal with the insurance company on that issue? Thirdly, if I threatened to sue them, why wasn't that addressed right then and there at my appointment? Why was I given an appointment for impressions? Why, because I never threatened to sue anyone. There was no reason to. Then they claimed that there would be no one there to monitor the brace. They had a doctor on staff. If he was leaving at any point in the near future they never should have given me an appointment with him. In canceling my brace they also canceled my dental appointment for May 3rd. Therefore putting my physical and dental health in jeopardy until I would find someone to do this brace and take care of my dental health. Which I have. They knew I was having issues using the cpap machine and they knew the importance of this dental brace but it did not matter to them. I'm so happy to report that they did not get away with any of this. Please look elsewhere for your dental and sleep apnea needs. Go to a facility that cares about the welfare of its patient's.

This place is amazing. The staff are wonderful. Excellent customer service skills! Dr. Whitaker has helped me with different options for my situation which I really appreciate.
