I hired Patio Pros to install a pergola in my back yard. They were excellent to work with. From Jey in the office through the people who designed it and the installation. Everyone was great to work with. I was really impressed that a couple weeks after the work was all done they scheduled a visit with us to review the work and make sure we were happy and take care of any immediate issues, which we had none. We love our new yard space with the addition of the Pergola! It's like we have another room on our house.

I posted a review of Patio Pro's in July. The main beam in my patio cover was supposed to have wood fill. Only part of beam had wood fill. The rest was hollow. Based on prior experience, I had no expectation that my review would elicit any type of response from the company. But to my surprise I was contacted by Patio Pros last week and they wanted to discuss my complaint. We arranged a time for a phone call. No surprise...they never called!
