Pleasant Valley Baptist Church

Better than going to the bars, without the hangovers. I go there often, and I think by doing so, it has made me a better person. When I go there, I get great entertainment, like listening to a wonderful choir and probably one of the greatest pianists in the world, (at least I think so). AND you get a real study by a very smart, wise, humble, and kind person named Gabe who exhibits the personalities and quirks and foibles of the ancients who not surprisingly were much like me and you. Who knew? You might want to check it out. I have been learning to iron out some of those wrinkles in my life with a little help from the Spirit. (and good Ol' wise Gabe) It doesn't cost a dime, and you could secure a great life! One other thing, usually during the service, Gabe will say "I love you" as a general statement to the congregation. The first time I heard that I had not heard that for years. I am not a victim nor am I weak, but it really was great to hear. I think that is what a pastor IS! I think this church tries hard to live First Corinthians 13.

Our family visited from S. California for Thanksgiving weekend. The message and music were ALIVE! Our daughter loved the kids rally. If we lived within driving distance, we would regularly attend here.
